When Does Google Re-Scan My Site?

by Simon on June 7, 2010

I came across this interesting video from Google the other day where Matt Cutts describes how frequently Google comes back and updates their cache of a page they already have in their index.

One of the key points that Matt is making in this video is that Google are trying to make sure their index is as comprehensive as possible.

As will many of these points however, the more frequently you post and make changes to pages, the more Google will come back and re-index your page.
