Stage 1: Clarify and Agreeing What’s Possible
This stage starts by us auditing your existing use of digital marketing and gaining an understanding of your business and how it goes to market. We will run workshops with your senior team to explore best practice digital marketing that could contribute to success and work out how to best use them for your business.
Coming out of this stage we will recommend a clear set of digital marketing activities to test and identify any quick wins that could contribute to short term gains.
Stage 2: Design & Planning
Once we have identified what will work for your organisation, we will design and plan the details of what will be implemented.
Stage 3: Implementation
We will work with you and your team to implement the recommendations and manage the project elements through to completion.
Stage 4: Review, Coach, Optimise and Improve
After an initial number of project elements have been implemented we will then work alongside you to review these elements and look for ways to improve the results. Our approach will involve coaching and training some team members to be able to competently run key elements you choose in-house, and will make sure your senior team understand how to interpret the results and make the best decisions to improve them.
