Rather than a fixed curriculum we will tailor training and coaching sessions to cover a combination of topics from the following Google products:

Example Training & Coaching Project
Our client’s web developer had recently upgraded their website to GA v4. Our client’s comms and web marketing team were worried the upgrade had not been carried out properly.
They wanted help to ensure that everything was configured correctly and also to learn the best ways to set up GA & GTM to track conversions against their various marketing activities.
We created a number of structured sessions supported by recorded training materials as follows:
Session 1 – 3 hour Zoom Session
– Review and confirm the brief.
– Review the Google Tag Manager configuration and adjust as required.
– Resolve conversion tracking on Google Analytics and Google Ads.
– Setup initial reporting changes
– Identify issues which need to be resolved off-line.
Work between Sessions
– Made changes and tested them to provide data for reporting. 2 hours
Session 2 – 2 hours face-to-face
– Review results of the initial changes
– Develop GA4 reports to provide the data needed
Session 3 – 2 hours via Zoom
– Work with the client’s team to build a Looker Studio dashboard (based on an initial template provided by ODM)
