Payment
Payment for products and services is made by credit or debit card online. Where this is not possible invoices can be paid via bank transfer.
Reimbursement
Oxford Digital Marketing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its public training courses. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund paid to the card that you purchased the course with.
Oxford Digital Marketing cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled training course.
Cancellation
If you cancel your course booking 1 month or more prior to the course date, you will be refunded the full course fee.
If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the course date, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee.
If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks or less prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, a refund for the course fee will be at the discretion of Oxford Digital Marketing
Special Offers
Special offers on courses are periodically available and published on each course page. These periodic special offers are not available to delegates who booked or paid for the public course prior to the special offer becoming available.
