The Web Analytics Solution Profiler (WASP) is is a more sophisticated Tag analysis tool for managers, marketers and implementation specialists who want to audit, validate and debug the data sent from their websites via tags and beacons. Again this is implemented as a Google Chrome browser plugin and goes even further than Google Tag Assistant.
Getting a Google Analytics certification
Firstly visit the Google Analytics Academy run by Google. There you will find additional training videos. You can also take certification tests online. These are hosted now under the Google Partners programme.
